Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our handbags and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the slight chance that you are not, our return policy is 10 days. Unfortunately, after 10 days we cannot accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be unused and in the its original condition and packaging.
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com to let us know the reason for the return as well as pictures of the damage/defect if any. You will need to ship us back the handbag at your own cost unless it has a defect in which case a return shipping label will be sent to you via email. We will either refund you in the original payment method or exchange the handbag, whatever you prefer.
Depending on where you live and handbag availability, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100 to us, we encourage you to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days, please contact your credit card company, as the delay may be from their side.
For bank account refunds, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only replace handbags if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures of the defect/damage to email@example.com and we will let you know where to send the handbag back to and the time it will take for the exchanged handbag to reach you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as gift receiver, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
